I started my gamedev with the game constructor that called Game Maker (8.0 version then). Wrote a lot of games, and all of them can be found on this website, in the "Old Games" section. Then a few years later I switched to Scirra Construct Classic. And decided to stopped used it for a shortly time. To be honest - not a very comfortable tool 🤷🏻♂️ . Games on it can also be found in the "Old" section.
Next, I accidentally found Unity for myself. And then I used it for a long time, over the years. Created a lot of projects on it, which can already be found in the "Relatively new" section. Although some of the projects on Unity can even be seen in the "Old" section. On it I decide to create simple adventures games with RPG elements. And I also create some Tower Defense project, which, alas, could not saved till this times 😢 . And a simple strategy that called "Sacred Artifact". Nothing, alas, serious 😔 .
Now, I chose the perfect game-making tool for me - it’s Godot! And as I understand it now, this is my final decision among all game engines. All games on it can be found in the "Relatively new" section. Why relatively? It’s not exactly new, but it’s certainly no more than ten years old. That's it 😉 !
